The Posh Lotto, the exclusive lottery of Peterborough United Football Club, is now six months in and we are delighted to announce the first charitable donation has been made to the Posh Foundation.
Through the help and support of you - the Posh fans, a donation of £2,150 for the first quarter of the year (January – March) has been made to the Peterborough United Foundation.
The Posh Lotto membership continues to grow with over 600 Posh fans already participating as we head towards our target of 1,000 members by the end of 2025. By choosing to support this initiative you are directly playing a vital role in supporting the Peterborough United Foundation and the great work it carries out throughout the local area.
The Chief Executive of Peterborough United Foundation, Gill Wignall said: "We are grateful to the supporters for signing up to the lottery and for the income we have received, which plays a vital role in supporting the work we do in the City and surrounding areas. These funds enable us to reach more individuals in need and expand our programmes. For example for every £4,000 raised we can run an Extra Time hub in a rural setting, for a year. These hubs support individuals aged 55+ to socialise and prevent social isolation and keep active by taking part in chair-based exercises.
By signing up for the lottery, you can make a meaningful difference—please join today and help us change the lives of people locally!"
If you aren’t yet a member, please consider joining. It costs just £2 per week, and you can sign up easily by Direct Debit here.
Our lottery draws take place weekly and the results are published on our official website and across social media channels.
